This weekend I pulled my hair out trying to fix my uncle's computer. He downloaded PC OPTIMIZER PRO!!!! and it destroyed the OS and the BIOS. Now it has a skull with red eyes and the hard drive won't show up. I wonder what the people at Geek Squad will be like.
